Description:
At present we are supported by our consultants in validating design files developing training to key users among other things. However to strengthen our team and guarantee effective implementation of the Supply Chain modules we are looking for an experienced consultant to provide functional and technical expertise. The consultant brings In-depth knowledge of SAP Supply Chain modules and ensures optimal system configuration.
Within the Supply Chain Department the role of the ERP consultant on Supply Chain modules is to support the implementation of SAP to manage supply chain processes in our operations through all phases of the implementation.
Draft procedures associated with the new Supply Chain process to be implemented in SAP
Provide Technical advice during SAP implementation with a focus on life science and pharmaceutical activities
Reduce workload for internal teams by allowing them to focus on their daily responsibilities while participating in the project without being overburdened.
- Data migration:
- Provide advice and support for data cleansing and migration operations;
- Support data migration in collaboration with teams.
- Deployment support:
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and model supply chain processes in ERP ensuring they are aligned with business needs;
- Actively collaborate in test phases by developing and executing test scenarios to ensure ERP quality and functionality;
- Act as the main point of contact for supply chain issues and concerns within the ERP project;
- Be the focal point for training planning;
- Be a key resource for supply chain process management
- Participate in end-user testing and training;
- Collaborate with project team members to provide input and recommendations on aspects of the supply chain;
- Identify anomalies and potential problems in the supply chain process and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them;
- Provide post-deployment support to resolve issues and optimize processes.
- Reporting:
- Produceprogressreportsandminutesofprojectmeetings;
- After the go live analyze and communicate data for continuous system improvement ;
- Set up dashboards to monitor Supply Chain activities.
Profil
Profile required
- In-depth expertise in Supply Chain modules on SAP;
- Experience in implementing and optimizing Supply Chain processes in an SAP environment;
- Ability to work closely with internal teams and external consultants;
- Skills in training and knowledge transfer to operational teams;
- Good communication skills;
- Organizational and planning skills to meet deadlines;
- Training experience and ability to guide a diverse group of end-users;
- Teamspirit flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Sense of discretion and confidentiality ;
- Attention to detail in the execution of modeling parameterization and testing tasks;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with diverse teams and convey information clearly and concisely.
Informations contractuelles
Contract duration: 12 months. Travel within Senegal is expected.
