Compass Government Solutions LLC seeks entry-level General Clerks to work as Referral Management Clerks servicing the Puget Sound Military Appointing Center (PSMAC). Puget Sound Military Appointing Center is a call center operated by contractors that acts as the main contact point for Puget Sound Military Health System (PSMHS) patients. PSMAC helps patients access care by scheduling appointments managing referrals and handling call center services.

Job Requirements
- Call Center Experience: Demonstrated experience in a high-volume call center environment preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Healthcare Scheduling Expertise: Proven ability to accurately schedule cancel and reschedule patient appointments ensuring timely access to healthcare services.
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) Proficiency: Experience utilizing electronic health record systems (EHR) with a strong preference for familiarity with MHS GENESIS.
- Beneficiary Eligibility Verification: Ability to accurately validate beneficiary eligibility for healthcare services
- Referral Management: Experience managing specialty referrals including scheduling outbound calls to coordinate appointments.
- Secure Messaging System (SMS) Proficiency: Ability to process appointment requests and communicate with beneficiaries via secure messaging systems.
- Patient Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear and compassionate assistance to beneficiaries.
- Policy Adherence: Strong understanding of and ability to adhere to healthcare policies and procedures including those specific to the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and PSMHS. D
- Documentation Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately document call details and patient information within MHS GENESIS.
- Customer Service Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computer systems and software including the ability to navigate complex databases and applications.
- Outbound Communication: Experience generating and delivering outbound notification letters and patient care reminders.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalency
- Healthcare administrative experiencepreferred
- Skilled in Word Excel Access and other software programs
- Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills
- Able to define problems and obtain solutions
- Must be able to obtain clearance to access the work site located on a CSMHS military installation and be granted a Common Access Card (CAC).
- Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and written with coworkers and clinic staff.
