- Manage training sessions on the Academy (Internal learning portal) related to ERP System implementation in various locations
- Maintain and update course materials user data and system configurations
- Collaborate with the ERP and L&D team to ensure accurate documentation
- Prepare and edit reports
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Qualifications :
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Previous experience with a related agenda is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent English (B2)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and a positive can-do attitude
