Salary Range: $56485 - $70000 annually

PEOPLE AND OPERATIONS SPECIALIST:

The People and Operations Specialist provides support to the overall agency and the staff in both People (HR) and Operations (OPS). This position will be integral in the stewardship of the resources allocated to these departments. From an HR perspective this position is often the front-line for all day-to-day HR tasks including but not limited to the employee life cycle and employee engagement (culture champion) as well as legal and ethical compliance. From an OPS perspective this position will be vital in vender relations including vetting new vendors maintaining relationships with current vendors analyzing usage and making recommendations for improving infrastructure. This position is a foundational position which supports the success of the agency and the staff.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This position is regularly required to sit stand walk speak and hear. The position requires extensive computer use so the employee must have sufficient hand dexterity to use a computer keyboard and read a computer screen.
