What does a successful Product Management - Advisor I do at FiservA successful Product Management - Advisor I at Fiserv provides vital support and technical services to enhance product functionality and drive commercial success. They engage with various teams to address complex business needs and derive data-driven solutions all while maintaining a keen understanding of customer requirements and the competitive landscape.

What you will do:

• Ensure that Fiserv delivers competitive solutions to financial institutions maximizes resources and contributes predictably to business results and strategic plans.
• Manage product lifecycle and product P&L within and across Account Processing solutions.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of customer requirements and competitive dynamics translating findings into effective strategies for product and market initiatives.
• Craft innovative new products with market-leading competitive advantages that revolutionize the way people manage and spend their money.
• Work directly with technology business and operations partners to define and build innovative digital products.
• Collaborate with teams leading APIs databases loans collections and user interface design to enhance functionality.
• Analyze business processes to identify gaps and develop actionable solutions.
• Perform financial analysis including regression modeling and business model development.
• Design data flow diagrams to effectively illustrate information processes.
• Facilitate coordination among sales finance pricing vendor partners and product development teams.
• Host and lead webinars to engage vendors and clients.
• Take initiative across various product domains to drive product and commercial success.

What you will need to have:

• 6 years of experience in product management or related fields.
• 6 years of experience performing financial analysis including regression modeling and business model development.
• 6 years of experience analyzing business processes and developing solutions.
• 6 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelors degree in business finance computer science or a relevant field and/or equivalent military experience.

What would be great to have:

• 6 years of experience with data analytics and insights.
• 6 years of experience in operational excellence and performance metrics.
• 6 years of experience facilitating coordination with stakeholders.
• 6 years of experience hosting and leading webinars.
• 6 years of experience using AI techniques for data analysis.
• Masters in Business Administration or Pragmatic experience.

Salary Range

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
