National Account Manager Pet Premix and IngredientsAre you passionate about driving growth and building strong relationships in the pet food industry ADM is seeking a dynamic National Account Manager to lead sales efforts for our Pet Premix and Ingredients segment. Reporting to the Senior Strategic Account Manager Pet Ingredients this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business through effective management of strategic customers.
Position Overview:The National Account Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies managing key accounts and driving revenue growth within the Pet Premix and ingredients category. This role requires a proven track record in account management strong leadership capabilities and expertise in the pet food industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets for Pet Premix and Ingredients
- Collaborate with the sales leadership to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and terms with customers to maximize profitability while maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
- Represent ADM at industry events trade shows and customer meetings to promote our Pet Premix and Ingredients portfolio.
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Animal Science or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in account management preferably in the pet food industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing direct reports.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
