You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis position will require you to work from an office in your home located within the territory of support which includes Wyoming Utah Colorado South Dakota and Western Nebraska. Relocation to the territory is required within 12 weeks of hire.
As a Regional Service Representative you will manage and maintain multiple client accounts within your designated territory by expanding relationships within the laboratory to support the Mayo Clinic Laboratories (MCL) business model. Dedicated to being a client advocate you will promote retention and satisfaction by driving the cross-departmental MCL staff to analyze client feedback to enhance business and operational processes. You will also provide technical onsite visits to support growth and service recovery as needed. Additional activities include:
Managing onboarding activities tailored to new facilitys needs
Establishing long standing business relationships with clients various laboratory and pathology departments while developing an extensive understanding of each client and identifying key decision-makers
Actively partnering with team members by fostering an inclusive work environment and respecting others with different backgrounds experiences and perspectives
Training expert for electronic ordering applications and navigating MCLs products and services
Contributing to strategic initiatives for clients as outlined with territory operational and business teams
Assisting and supporting outreach initiatives
Identifying and promoting opportunities to improve test utilization
Providing education and acting as liaison to the client contacts to MCL/Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology (DLMP) subject matter experts
Actively promoting test campaigns projects and initiatives directed by Information Technology Product Management Marketing and Technologist Support
Gathering insights from clients as requested by internal work groups
Bringing value to clients by tailoring interactions and messaging to fit the clients needs and objectives
Remaining accessible to clients and internal staff for timely response and engagement
Coordinating the deployment of Mayo resources in an efficient and effective manner while escalating feedback and issues appropriately
Comfortable working in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
Practicing and promoting teamwork and communication
Documenting client interactions
*Individuals hired to this position are required to complete 2 years in this position before becoming eligible to transfer to other positions within Mayo Clinic.
**This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship with the exception of the TN visa classification; Also Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.
To be considered for this position you must have a bachelors degree in business or scienceand5 years of clinical laboratory experience in a hospital setting.

Masters degree and/or accreditation by a national agency (MT CLS MLS MB CG MP or HTL) preferred.
License or Certification
A valid drivers license and a good driving record are required along with the ability to travel extensively on all forms of major public transportation. 80% travel is required.
