Visa is seeking an experienced payments professional to join Payment Services Acceleration Team. The team is responsible for development & enablement of key acceptance initiatives that expand acceptance and drive adoption of digital payment solutions and preference of Visa. This position will bring strategic thinking and consultative development and enablement to expand acceptance grow Visa usage and partner with acquiring clients & merchants to drive solutions. This role will also be responsible developing and leading strategy pricing rules and go-to-market plans to accelerate adoption of new product propositions across key markets in CEMEA. The role will collaborate with CEMEA Solutions Hub & Sub Regional Visa Rules Digital Solutions IRF & Pricing Global Consumer Payments CSS Marketing MS&A and Finance teams accelerate deeper client & consumer engagement.

As Senior Manager in Payment Services Acceleration team you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering marketing and sales to ensure the successful development and execution of our product strategies.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
Expertise in & solid understanding of the payments industry. Experience in Acceptance business is a plus but nor critical
Proven abilities in negotiating and influencing customers and stakeholders at all levels
Ability to represent technical and business ideas and solutions to multiple levels internally and externally to support strategic goals
Excellent time management organization and planning skills
Ability to understand financial concepts
Professional Degree in Business Management (or similar qualifications) with significant relevant experiences in a financial services company
Excellent communications skills written and verbal and ability to communicate at all levels within large organizations
Ability to work independently and engage multiple levels of management in key decisions where required for the business
Excellent business planning and project management skills
Knowledge of Visa Systems is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools e.g. PowerPoint Excel Word etc
Flexibility to travel around the region and internationally as required
