Baths R Us a leader in the remodeling industry is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruiting and hiring along with a passion for fostering positive employee relations. - Collaborate with the existing HR team to manage and ensure the full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the remodeling field.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations inquiries providing guidance and support to staff.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Work with management to identify staffing needs and develop solutions to meet organizational goals.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate documentation of employee hours and compensation.
- Manage employee benefits programs and provide guidance on available options.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation of HR activities.
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role with a focus on recruitment employee relations payroll and benefits management.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive employee issues with discretion.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration is a plus.
