Summary
The Maintenance Division Branch Manager will serve as a client liaison to the company through outstanding service ensuring that clients needs are met and the relationship will continue creating high customer retention while helping the branch achieve its revenue goals. The candidate in this role must also be able to manage job sites personnel/crews and equipment.
Essential Functions:
Develop long-term relationships and communicate on a regular basis with key clients.
Inspect key client properties to monitor performance and overall job quality.
Ensure MNLSA existing accounts are renewed each year.
Coordinate and manage client service teams.
Develop annual budgets.
Work with the Maintenance Division executivesto accurately track branch performance.
Ensure billing is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure all contracts are executed correctly.
Ensure proper use and care of all branch assets.
Identify staffing needs.
Monitor branch safety record and implement methods to improve safe workplace practices.
Monitor and guide Account Managers as they train Crew Leaders and Laborers
Implement and enforce policies and procedures as issued by MNLSA.
Understand and accurately estimate jobs.
Ensure proper paperwork is completed for all employee changes.
Communicate with counsel train discipline review and develop growth plan(s) for employees.
Achieves grounds management operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Prepares and completes action plans; implements production productivity quality and customer-service standards; resolves problems; completes audits; identifies trends and determines system improvements.
Work at a fast-paced environment while operating with a high sense of urgency.
Must uphold company policies procedures and company core values at all times.
Experience Required:
-4 years of experience in the landscaping hardscaping horticulture or irrigation industry
-4 years of operations management experience in the commercial landscaping industry
-Valid Drivers License

-Spanish is a huge plus
