What Youll Do

• Tank Inventory Management: Keeping tabs on tank levels maintaining accurate records and ensuring we have the right materials from tanks to resin to acid to meet production demands.
• Hands-On Work: Youll be actively involved in loading and maintaining membranes conducting tests and cleaning RO membranes per established guidelines. Get ready to get your hands wet and make a direct impact on production.
• Production Documentation: Keep meticulous records of production quality control and maintenance to ensure everything is running according to plan.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow technicians plant managers and purchasing teams to guarantee smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Delivery Support: From forklifts to dollies youll be part of a team that makes sure all the materials are where they need to be.

What You Bring

• Water Treatment Expertise: Knowledge of water treatment systems is a plus but were also open to candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the field.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks stay organized and keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively with team members and partners.
• Forklift Experience: Ability to safely operate forklifts and other equipment as part of the delivery process.

Your Work Environment

• Youll be in the plant: Expect to work in a fast-paced hands-on environment with occasional exposure to noise mechanical parts and vibration.
• Active work: Be ready to lift up to 25 pounds work with various mechanical equipment and stay active throughout your shift.
