ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In the absence of a Manager conducts duties as defined in the Managers job description and all other days will perform the duties as follows:Promotes an outgoing friendly customer-oriented personality at all times. Conducts background investigations assigned into alleged instances of malfeasance or misconduct. Conducts themselves in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulations company and departmental policies and procedures. Coordinates activities with local and state law enforcement officials. Must be able to communicate with guests and other employees in a positive manner. Must be able to effectively direct vehicular traffic in parking lots/garages and entrances/exits. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to forecast time management needs. Must have industry or job-related knowledge.
QUALFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED . Minimum of three (3) years of Security Supervisory experience in a high volume casino/hotel complex environment; or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
