Ourresidentialservices provide accommodation and supportfor autistic adults 52 weeks a year 24 hours a day in urban and rural settings.

We also provide supported living services for autistic adults who need extra help to live in their own homes or within our accommodation whether as tenants or owner occupiers living alone or with others.

We are looking for anexperienced Deputy Managerwith the passion to work with our fantastic teams.

Youll be resilient supportive and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people.

Suitable candidates must have aQCF Level 3 qualification. You will have experience of management and/or shift leading within a social care setting.

Being aDeputy Manager takes leadership skills patience and commitment. But working with autistic people gives so much more in return.

The people we work with want to be supported to do the things they want to do and to live the lives they choose. This role provides highly skilled support to help achieve this.This role also supports the mentoring development and managing of developing team members and assists with the smooth running and management of the service.

Part of this role will include a mixture of shifts that will include admin days and support work.This role is a 12 month secondment

The role includes:

• Helping individuals achieve independence and personal goals

• Supporting and transporting individuals to integrate into their community

• Develop individuals home making skills and personal chores

• Transforming lives and achieving results for autistic adults

Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) isEssential

Longford Court in Neath Wales includesfour residential homes Ty Coed Ty Mawr Ty Myndd and Ty Canol and one bungalow Ty Coed Bungalow.
