Introduction to Role:
We are seeking for a skilled training lead responsible for designing developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for internal teams clients and partners using our SaaS platform tailored for clinical trial management. This individual will ensure customers are well-equipped to use our products effectively enhancing adoption user satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards in the life sciences industry.
