Job Description

Overview
The Orthopedic Surgeon MS DNB Consultant is a critical role within our healthcare facility located in Churu Rajasthan. This position demands a highly qualified professional who will provide specialized care in diagnosing treating and managing orthopedic conditions in patients of all ages. The Orthopedic Surgeon will play a pivotal role in restoring mobility and enhancing the quality of life for individuals suffering from musculoskeletal disorders injuries and chronic pain conditions. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team the consultant will be responsible for performing surgical procedures providing conservative treatment options and ensuring post-operative care. The ideal candidate will possess significant expertise in orthopedic surgery excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to continuous professional development in the ever-evolving field of orthopedics.
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose patients with orthopedic conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Perform surgical procedures as required.
  • Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-ups.
  • Utilize advanced imaging techniques to assess conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with other medical professionals.
  • Manage patient records and documentation accurately.
  • Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options.
  • Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
  • Participate in training and supervising junior staff and medical trainees.
  • Conduct research and participate in clinical trials.
  • Manage complications arising from orthopedic surgeries.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
Required Qualifications
  • Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
  • MS in Orthopedics or equivalent qualification.
  • DNB in Orthopedics and Traumatology.
  • State medical license to practice in Rajasthan.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in orthopedic surgery.
  • Strong background in both surgical and non-surgical treatment options.
  • Proficiency in advanced surgical techniques and procedures.
  • Good understanding of patient management and post-operative care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to participate in continuous education and professional development.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice.
