Job Description
A medical facility in Tyler TX is now hiring a Trash Technician to join the team! Apply now!
Shifts:
Job duties:
Shifts:
- 5pm-1:30am Monday - Friday
- 3pm-11:30pm Monday Tuesday Saturday ad Sunday
Job duties:
- Collect and transport trash biohazardous waste and other materials to designated disposal areas.
- Properly dispense of waste according to established safety protocols and guidelines.
- May include emptying trash bins collecting waste bags and loading trash into designated containers.
- Perform some cleaning functions as assigned such as sweeping floors stairwells mopping or disinfecting surfaces.
- Must be abe to lift and carry heavy items stand and walk for extended periods and may push wheeled containers.
- Prior experience in janitorial or sanitation preferred
- Must be able to pass a nationwide background check and a drug screening test
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
