THE ROLE
MFS is seeking a Fixed Income ETF Capital Market Analyst to assist with the buildout of investment and trading capabilities for the firms ETF business. This individual will play a pivotal role ensuring overall ETF investment and trading health supporting ETF client engagement and managing strategic external relationships across the ETF capital markets ecosystem.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Conduct invest trade create and redeem activities.
- Work closely with portfolio managers and traders to help coordinate the ETF portfolio management trading and operational processes.
- Conduct internal and external oversight and monitoring procedures.
- Assist with the buildout of ETF investments and trading capabilities and processes.
- Maintain external partnerships and relationships across the ETF capital markets ecosystem including Authorized Participants (APs) Market Makers Exchanges third-party technology and data vendors.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including distribution teams on internal ETF education efforts.
- Create internal ETF Capital Markets KPIs market commentary and business communications for internal distribution; contribute to the production of relevant markets and business external communications.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
- General familiarity of trading workflows across asset classes.
- Familiarity with ETF market structure trading venues and ecosystem.
- Ability to translate market data and trading activity into clear actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience in a collaborative team-based results-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Charles River Trading Systems or similar trading platform functionality preferred.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal a plus.
- Familiarity with Tableau a plus.
