Key Responsibilities:
- As a First-Class STEM Graduate deliver small-group and 1:1 support to students focusing on academic attainment and social development
- Engage with a variety of SEND needs offering support inside and outside the classroom
- Work closely with the class teacher to manage behaviour effectively and build positive relationships with students
- Be part of a team focused on behaviour management and student progression
Requirements:
- First-Class STEM Graduate from a leading UK university with strong A Levels and GCSEs
- Experience working with children particularly in SEN support
- Confident in managing behaviours and supporting students learning journeys
