Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Billing and Reporting Coordinator.Joinour Government and IFM team and play a key role in ensuring accurate reporting system support and operational efficiency that directly contribute to contract performance and informed decision-making across the organisation. Reporting to the claims manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

  • Support the Claims Manager by developing analysing and reporting contract-related data using tools such as Power BI Excel and other reporting systems.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and timely responses to internal and external stakeholders ensuring all enquiries and communications are handled efficiently.
  • Deliver operational and systems support including rollout and troubleshooting for platforms like MyWork and the Works Management System (WMS).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and safety standards while actively contributing to Zero Harm and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate across teams to identify efficiencies enhance data reporting capabilities and maintain up-to-date dashboards and reports for senior management.

What Youll Bring

  • Qualifications in a quantitative or analytical discipline such as data science statistics or business analytics.
  • Proven experience in developing Power BI reports and working with large complex datasets.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong capability in data analysis and visualisation.
  • The skills to independently investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to explain complex data insights in an easy-to-understand way.
