As a Mitigation Technician at Paul Davis youll be on the front lines helping property owners recover after disaster strikes. Whether its flood fire storm or mold damageyoull bring structure to the chaos and confidence to our customers. This is hands-on purpose-driven work that matters.
- Respond quickly to help home and business owners after property damage
- Mitigate water fire mold and storm damage using professional tools and techniques
- Work alongside a supportive team of technicians supervisors and managers
- Communicate with customers and represent our brand with empathy and professionalism
- Document damage follow job scopes and use mobile tools to report progress
- Take pride in doing the job rightand safelyevery time

Were seeking seasoned mitigation professionals who bring skill integrity and compassion to every job.
- High character with a track record of reliability and teamwork
- Strong work ethic and flexibility to work irregular hours when needed (including weekends)
- Comfort working in challenging or hazardous environments with proper safety protocols
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Good communication skills professionalism and empathy with customers
- Ability to legally work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 24 years of relevant experience (restoration construction demolition facilities etc.)
- IICRC certifications (Water Fire Mold) are a big plus
- Technically comfortable with smartphones tablets and job-related software
- Willingness to train others or grow into leadership roles
