Job Description
Job Description Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and/or revise training related procedures using eSPOC.
- Subject Matter Expert for the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) process
- Mentor instructors on the SAT process
- Participate in training related self-assessments and re-accreditation of station training programs.
- Develop and implement resolutions to routine nuclear training program corrective actions and improvement items
- Maintain training program documentation consistent with nuclear industry training requirements
- Evaluate instructor performance to ensure compliance with station and industry standards
- Support the Emergency Response Organization
- Support Refueling Outages as assigned
- Support in-processing/on-boarding and training of incoming utility and supplemental personnel
- Develop maintain coordinate and conduct Fire Brigade Training
- Control/evaluate fire drills as assigned
- Station point of contact related to the following software applications:
- Vistras Learning Management System (MyWorday))
- NANTel
- Vision Developer and Learning
- Develop and deploy CBTs in Vision and NANTeL using Storyline 360
- Maintain NTD Intranet site
- Develop maintain coordinate and conduct non-accredited training as assigned
- Act as Department document and records SME
Education Experience & Skill Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with 6 years instructional or applicable department experience
- Strong work ethic focused on timely completion of assigned work procedure compliance and leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Trained in Fire Fighting/Rescue strategies
- Experience in using VISION software for implementing the SAT process
- Previously qualified as an instructor at a commercial nuclear power plant.
- Knowledgeable in MyWorkday Learning administration
