Autonomy to lead: Set clinical direction drive protocol development and support team growth
Mentorship-focused: Develop DVMs and technicians through coaching and structured training programs
Modern equipment and resources for gold-standard care
Community impact: Build relationships and serve a loyal client base
Provide high-quality medical and surgical care
Lead and mentor veterinarians and support staff
Oversee hospital operations including compliance inventory and scheduling
Collaborate with practice leadership to uphold and exceed medical standards
Foster a positive growth-oriented team culture
DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited program
Active veterinary license (or eligibility) in North Carolina
5 years of clinical experience in small animal practice
Demonstrated leadership skills or strong leadership potential
Commitment to mentorship team development and quality medicine
