1.0 FTE 40 hours/week. This is a Day/Evening position with (10) ten-hour shifts with start times ranging from 0900-1130. One weekend every 5 weeks and Holiday rotation required. Hours may vary based on operational needs of department.
Pay:
UW Health offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay. Evening differential overtime.
External hires may be eligible for a $2400-3000 sign on bonus (pro-rated on FTE).

We are seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA NA) to:
Education:
Minimum High school diploma or equivalent and Graduate of State of Wisconsin approved Nurse Aid Training Program.
Work Experience:
Preferred One (1) year recent experience as a Nursing Assistant
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum Must be listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Assistant/Home Health Aid Registry CPR certification required within three months of hire
Preferred CPR Certification
