Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
- General kitchen back of house cleanliness removes all garbage and boxes
- dishwashing/Pot washing
- Floor sanitation
- Cleaning maintenance on all kitchen equipment and returns to proper place
- Follows direction of lead kitchen utility/executive kitchen steward at all times
- Transports food from ship to shore and vice versa
- Assists receiving in putting food products away
- Assists buffet attendants and servers in replenishing clean dishes and silverware
- Wears appropriate uniform - white shirt & pants apron GVC ball cap or hair net slip resistant shoes name badge and gaming badge
- If Team Member is a minor must adhere to all Indiana Labor Laws

- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned

- Skills Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Chemical handling as per company video; ability to communicate effectively with others; understands and complies with all Company and departmental rules and regulations
