Job Description

Maxwell Consultancy are working with a blue chip organisation based in Glasgow who require a CNC Milller. This is a full - time permanent position working in their state of the art workshop. The company have been going from strength to strength in recent times with an extremely healthy order book. Due to expanding the workforce theyre are also good opportunities for progression in to senior roles. The business operate a 3 shift working pattern comprising of early back and nightshift. Excellent benefits package on offer including Private Healthcare amongst many others.

Whats required

  • Time - served CNC machinist
  • Experience in CNC machining specifically with 4-axis horizontal or 5-axis Milling
  • Abilityto read and interpret schematic engineer drawings
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing and 5S process
  • Work well within a team and individually
  • Basic machine maintenance
  • Working knowledge of offline programming beneficial but not essential#
  • All training provided to carry out the role efficiently and effectively
