A well-established partner hospital is seeking a full-time Urgent Care Veterinarian to join their team in Elgin IL. The ideal candidate will have a DVM degree with experience in urgent care medicine and a passion for delivering high-quality veterinary care in an emergency setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide urgent care for animals diagnosing and treating illnesses injuries and emergencies.
- Administer medications and treatments for critical cases.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy in medical documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their pets health and treatment options.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
Qualifications:
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
- Active license to practice in Illinois (or the ability to obtain one).
- Experience in urgent care medicine preferred but new graduates are welcome.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage multiple patients and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
