We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to lead the design of our Exceptional Ability segment the fastest growing part of our business. You will be responsible for creating intuitive designs that simplify complex immigration processes for clients and operations teams. Youll work directly with executive and cross-functional leaders to develop a product roadmap that expands the platforms user experience capabilities and reach.
In this role youll also work closely with PMs and engineers to shadow users and identify problems. Youll define product requirements create and iterate on designs and collaborate to ensure the products we build are intuitive and impactful. Beyond project work youll help further the design culture at Boundless as one of the earliest designers.

Location
Seattle the Seattle team is in-office together at least two days per week
Compensation for this role includes both cash and equity. The starting base salary for this position is typically $128300 - $175200. Total compensation offered for this role will be dependent on the candidates experience qualifications skills and abilities as demonstrated in the interview and hiring process.
