Role Description:

• Family Medicine Physician
• Location: Troutman NC - Brand new location!
• Network boasts 27 practices comprised of 12 primary care clinics 10 specialty groups 3 ambulatory surgery centers and 2 urgent cares.
• Network has 48 providers in eight specialty clinics and eleven primary care practices.
• Primary Care
• This will be a new office location. Growth anticipated
• Patient Volume: 20-25 Daily
• The Physician provides medical oversight expertise and leadership to ensure the delivery of the highest quality care to their community
• Opportunities for exceptional growth and development
• The Physician will work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members
• Provide patient-centered comprehensive primary care services consistent with a value-based care model.
• Conduct regular health assessments diagnose and treat common illnesses and manage chronic conditions.
• Actively participate in practice quality improvement programs and evaluate practice performance metrics.

Requirements:

• NC Medical License and DEA.
• Must be Board Certified / Board Eligible
• Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
• Experience working in a team of healthcare professionals and collaborating with them to ensure positive effective patient experiences with our organization.
