Saint Lukes Marion Bloch Neuroscience Institute in Kansas City MO is seeking a dedicated BC/BE Epileptologist to join our growing team. This outpatient position offers a unique opportunity to focus on epilepsy care with access to state-of-the-art facilities and a collaborative environment.
About the position:
The physicians primary focus will be on epilepsy with opportunities to manage and treat a diverse range of patients
Qualified candidates may be considered for leadership roles including Medical Director
On-call responsibilities are shared among the neurologists which provides a balanced lifestyle in addition to the support of Advanced Practice Providers
Full access to our EMU for comprehensive patient monitoring and EEG interpretation as well as a fully integrated Epic EMR
Join our team during an exciting time as we actively build our epilepsy surgery program; collaborate closely with our highly trained functional neurosurgeons to offer advanced surgical options for patients
Saint Lukes Hospital is the primary teaching hospital for the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) Medical School; opportunity for academic appointment through UMKC commensurate with level of experience
The neurology residency program provides 12 residents educational opportunities in all of the Neuroscience Institutes comprehensive treatment centers

Requirements: Candidates must be BC/BE have successfully completed a Neurology residency program and must have completed or be in the process of completing an Epilepsy fellowship
