Social Media Coordinator
Onsite Irvine CA (92618) - Near Spectrum Center Full-Time
Are you energized by making connections uncovering opportunities and driving meaningful conversations
Oblossom Nexus is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our fast-growing team and help introduce our cutting-edge AI-powered dietary supplement tool to new markets. In this role youll create engaging content across multiple social media platforms which will support sales engagement.
What you will do:
- Manage the organizations Instagram and aiding in creating content for YouTube and TikTok
- Develop a successful strategy to increase followers and promote the organization
- Photograph film edit and publish engaging videos targeted to the Oblossom Nexus audience that align with the organizations social media policy
- Provide monthly analytics on social media performance to the team admin and the board of directors with respect to the organizations progress
- Develop new and innovative ways utilizing skills in creating and running advertisement campaigns to raise brand awareness for Oblossom Nexus
- Stay current with trends and YouTube guidelines
- Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials including brochures and presentations
- Assist with managing special projects as requested
- Ensure work duties are performed in accordance with company safety policies and procedures; ensure client programs follow safety protocols
What will you have to be successful:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content for various marketing channels.
- Advertisement Campaigns: Execute and manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Product Marketing: Contribute to product marketing strategies and assist in product management activities.
What will your experience and education look like:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Social Media Videography Digital Communication or equivalent degree or equivalent experience and certifications
- Demonstrable knowledge of YouTube TikTok and other social media algorithms (samples of work will be requested)
- Proven track record of increasing followers on social media
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative and Canva; Adobe Premiere preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in photography and videography (including creating and editing videos for multiple platforms)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite and other productivity tools is required
$30 - $40 an hour
What we offer:

Work Schedule: Onsite Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm PT
Classification: Non-exempt
Hourly: $30 to $40/hr DOE
