Lo que implica este trabajo
Nos encontramos en bsqueda de una persona dinmica para el puesto de Project Coordinator
Zona de trabajo: Gurabo Puerto Rico.
Horario de trabajo: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00 hs. (con disponibilidad para atender llamadas y visitar proyectos fuera del horario central).
Modalidad de trabajo: 100% Presencial
Tipo de contratacin: Tiempo indeterminado
Cul es tu da a da
Realizar inspecciones diarias del proyecto incluyendo registros fotogrficos y bitcoras de actividades
Preparar y distribuir actas de reuniones y coordinar el proceso de licitacin de subcontratistas
Establecer comunicacin con los ocupantes de las instalaciones y proporcionar mtricas e informes en Planisware
Presentar hallazgos al equipo de JLL & J&J Campus para revisin y aprobacin
Revisar supuestos financieros del proyecto con el Controlador y presentar resultados usando criterios de rendimiento
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad por parte de subcontratistas y proveedores y coordinar su trabajo en el sitio
Asistir en todas las necesidades administrativas del Gerente de Proyecto
Se requiere :
Ttulo universitario en Arquitectura Ingeniera o Gestin de la Construccin
Al menos 2 aos de experiencia prctica
Se prefiere :
Fuertes habilidades de comunicacin escrita y verbal con excelente servicio al cliente y capacidades de presentacin
Capacidad para pensar y trabajar de forma independiente demostrar iniciativa y colaborar efectivamente con mltiples individuos en varios proyectos para cumplir con los plazos asignados
Dominio de las aplicaciones de Microsoft Office incluyendo Word Excel PowerPoint Teams y Zoom
