Job Description
Night Auditor $15/hr.
Job Summary: Are you friendly and able to work in a fast-paced environment The Hotel Night Auditor attends to guests needs included but not limited to registration checkout balancing reports and closing the FD system for the previous day. Shift is 11pm-7am. Must be reliable and able to take responsibility for the operation of the property.

Responsibilities
- Review all guaranteed arrivals and verify that all credit cards are valid by running numbers that are not already in house
- Explain and provide any promotional items to each guest checking in
- Responds promptly to any guest inquiries or complaints and offer an alternate solution if guest demand cannot be met
- Cover other areas of hotel as needed
- Document any guest accidents by completing the accident report form
- Complete the maintenance log whenever a complaint is reported
- Maintain all areas of the front desk
- Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
- Print T-snap and Poynt Reports
- Complete Daily Deposit Log Recap
- Complete Managers Report
- Complete Tip Report
- Balance all reports
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED required
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred
- Customer service experience required
- Experience handling cash credit card procedures and use math concepts
- Experience in accounting is a plus
- Attention to detail and organized
Candidates must be 18 or older by start date. Previous customer service experience with cash handling required. Open availability nights weekends & holidays. Requires lifting bending stooping pushing pulling and standing for long periods of time.
