- Work hard and take pride in completing projects (i.e. mitigating flood and fire damage)
- Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology
- Communicate professionally with clients employees and adjusters
- Scope sell manage and execute water fire mold mitigation projects.
- Ensure job site documentation and execution is correct and complete
- Ability to execute required content manipulation demolition and equipment setup
- Work independently as a team and train new technicians
- Maintain assigned vehicle - cosmetically and mechanically
- Maintain equipment tools and consumable inventory
- Tech savvy and ability to utilize Matterport mica as well other company provided technologies.
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Dependable Responsible and Positive
- Ability to work as a team and train new technicians
- Eager to learn acquire new skills and grow professionally
- Ability to travel locally
- Valid Drivers License without major violations
- IICRC certified preferred
- MICA experience
- Ability to be on call
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders work at ceiling heights work in tight spaces (e.g. crawls spaces attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
