Overview
This position is within Deutsche Banks Americas Risk divisions Regulatory & Governance Oversight team. In this role you will support the Head of the Regulatory & Governance Oversight team across various requirements to directly support the Americas Chief Risk Officer and the Americas CRO Leadership team. You will support management with regulatory risk issues that impact cross-Risk divisions and help ensure delivery of Regulatory programs are successful. You will support the CRO Americas team with priority initiatives internal/external preparation communication and escalation to ensure Deutsche Bank is managing regulatory risk successfully in the U.S and You will help with planning and solutions issue resolution governance and reporting and ensuring various project deliverables meet quality standards and timely completion. Our team works directly with the Americas Chief Risk Officer and the CRO Leadership team as well as key stakeholders both within the department and region and outside of it and the role will provide exposure to all Risk divisions and will support a greater understand of risk capabilities.

What Youll Do
Support the CRO Regulatory & Governance team across various tasks including Governance and Regulatory Oversight as required
Support the CRO Americas team with priority initiatives internal/external preparation communication and escalation to ensure Deutsche Bank is managing regulatory interactions and requests
Support various Risk divisions in the successful preparation and management of regulatory exams in the U.S
Project management support across various Risk Types as they prepare for supervisory engagements related to exams meetings and written responses
Tracking of open and overdue findings to ensure CRO Americas continues to deliver against remediation commitments as well as preparation of finding closure documents as needed
Prepare and review materials for and maintenance of Remediation Governance Framework
Skills Youll Need
Extensive in the finance industry with an underlying understanding of Risk types including Market Credit Non-Financial Model and Liquidity Risk
Proficient using MS Office software (PowerPoint Excel Project Teams Co-Pilot) & SharePoint
Solid undergraduate degree related to finance economics accounting engineering or related discipline or relevant work experience
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build cross-divisional as well as cross-regional relationships
Project Management skills helpful to support oversight of remediation project
Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge
Self-starter is preferable
Expectations
It is the Banks expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the office 3 days per week in accordance with the Banks hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $60000 to $ salaries may be based on a number of factors including but not limited to a candidates skill set experience education work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
