Immediately Hiring: Electromechanical Assembler

Company: Dayton-Granger Inc.

Industry: Aviation and Aerospace Component Manufacturing

Location: Fort Lauderdale FL 33315

Shift: 1st Shift 40 hours/week 8-hours/day

Start Time: 7:00 AM Monday-Friday

Were looking for a detail-oriented Electromechanical Assembler with hands-on soldering experience to join our team full-time in Fort Lauderdale. If you have at least one year of experience soldering small components in a manufacturing environment and enjoy working with your hands adhesives and tools this is a role you can step into right away. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and solder small electrical components according to work instructions and technical drawings
  • Mix apply and cure epoxies and adhesives using taping fixturing and oven processes
  • Perform basic electrical splicing tasks (or be willing to learn if no prior experience)
  • Inspect and clean components before and after assembly to ensure quality standards
  • Operate hand tools soldering irons and basic measuring/testing equipment
  • Maintain a clean organized work area and follow all safety and quality procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
  • Comply with all DG safety procedures and policies as directed by the Facility Engineer/Safety Director

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
    • Minimum 1 year of hands-on soldering experience with small detailed components
    • Experience working with and mixing chemicals such as epoxies and resins
    • Ability to read and interpret technical documents drawings and work instructions
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
      Preferred but not required:
      • Experience with electrical splicing techniques

      • Background in aerospace or electronic component manufacturing

      • Familiarity with voltmeters or basic electrical testing equipment
