Job Description

The Dunes of Naples is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Member Services Coordinator. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.

  • Performs various secretarial duties for the department manager such as filing answering phones and taking messages and with other similar tasks.
  • Performs clerical duties that may include typing copying composing routine correspondence and taking minutes at meetings.
  • Distributes daily mail and maintains filing system.
  • Creates and maintains dining reservations for the Membership
  • Answers telephone and assist the general public with information about the department and/or facility.
  • Prepares summaries and reports.
  • Completes special projects and related duties as assigned by the department manager.
  • Accurately posts all charges to guests bills.
  • Checks all guests in and out of the Club based on established procedures
  • Promotes activities and special events at the facilities.
  • Provides accurate and complete information about the resort and the surrounding area.
  • Answers guest questions and provides directions.
  • Accountable for all cash checks and credit card receipts.
  • Assists with copying and message taking duties.
  • Promptly answers the phone and direct calls to the appropriate location.
