The Opportunity
The Department of Urology at Temple Health is recruiting exceptional faculty to join its growing team as part of the continued expansion of the Fox Chase-Temple Urologic Institute. We welcome urologists from all domains including oncology reconstruction endourology mens health pelvic floor and general urology who are eager to contribute to a high-performing academic and patient-centered program.
Faculty will play a vital role in advancing Temples mission of excellence in clinical care education and research. All positions include responsibility for teaching medical students and residents in our ACGME-accredited training programs. Scholarly activity including clinical research innovation presentations and publications is strongly encouraged and supported through the resources of both Temple Health and Fox Chase Cancer Center.
The Department of Urology is experiencing transformational growth and under the umbrella of the Fox Chase-Temple Urologic Institute now provides fully integrated advanced urologic care across multiple sites in the greater Philadelphia region.
Our 5-year residency program (with 4 residents per year) is regarded as one of the nations top urology training programs. Residents rotate through a broad network of academic and clinical sites including Temple University Hospital Main Campus Fox Chase Cancer Center Temple University Hospital - Jeanes Campus Chestnut Hill Hospital and St. Christophers Hospital for Children. In addition we offer highly regarded fellowships in Urologic Oncology and Reconstructive Urology attracting top-tier candidates from across the country and internationally.
Faculty have access to a robust robotic surgery platform advanced clinical trials infrastructure and multidisciplinary collaboration across the health system. With significant recent investments in clinical expansion and research capacity Temple Urology through the Fox Chase-Temple Urologic Institute is poised to become one of the regions premier academic urology programs.

Annual compensation shall be determined based on the selected individuals experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary there is a comprehensive suite of benefitsincluding a generous 403b retirement match 457b health dental vision life malpractice tuition remission and CME among others.
