A top-tier partner hospital inBradenton FL is now hiring a full-time Urgent Care Veterinarian (DVM) to join their dedicated and highly trained team. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and wants to focus solely on urgent carewithout the burden of wellness exams abdominal surgeries or overnight shifts.

  • No abdominal surgeries or overnight ER

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat urgent but non-critical conditions (GI issues wounds infections etc.)

  • Prescribe medications perform diagnostics and manage treatments

  • Communicate clearly with pet owners about care plans and follow-up

  • Maintain accurate patient records using a cloud-based EMR system

  • Collaborate with medical and support teams to deliver high-quality care

  • Encourage staff development via the LevelUp technician training program

Qualifications

  • DVM or VMD (or completion of ECFVG/PAVE)

  • Licensed or eligible to practice veterinary medicine in Florida

  • 13 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates also welcome!)

  • Strong diagnostic skills and confident clinical decision-making

  • Compassionate collaborative and committed to quality care
