Mudflap serves the $800B trucking industry the backbone of the U.S. economy. Our market-leading payment products help truckers save thousands of dollars on fuel (their #1 business expense) while providing our fuel stop partners with access to new hard-to-reach customers. As a Senior Product Designer youll help us build an exceptional highly engaging and intuitive experience for Mudflaps current and future web applications.

Expectations (In this role you will):
- Be an excellent problem solver self starter and collaborator on building Mudflaps web products
- Be a key player in driving the design direction for Mudflaps current and future web applications
- Drive the design process all the way to the finish line from concept wireframing and prototyping to execution and QA
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members in Product Design Engineering and Marketing to discuss and create design solutions
- Translate complex design concepts into simple user experiences
- Improve and maintain the current design system libraries and patterns adapting to modern design standard
Experience (What we look for):
- At least 7 years of experience in Product Design and B2B or B2C web applications and mobile applications
- Comfortable with conducting user research and interviews
- Experience in a hyper-growth environment with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work efficiently
- Advanced skills in Figma for Design Systems and prototyping
- Thinks big picture about Designs impact on business strategy and metrics

The base salary range for this role is $165000 - $200000. This information reflects a base salary range for this position based on current market data which may be subject to change as new market data becomes available. The candidates skills experience and other relevant factors will determine the exact compensation.
