Job Description
- Consistently up sells both food and beverage items when taking the guests order.
- Serves orders quickly - serves hot foods hot serves cold foods cold.
- Is attentive to guests needs such as keeping beverages full serving condiments before food is deliveredchecking back with guests within two minutes of delivering food to insure guest satisfaction anticipating guests needs before being asked.
- Maintains cleanliness of restaurant and bar area
- Informs manager of any quality issues.
- Pre-busses as necessary to maintain proper presentation on tables.
- Presents accurate guest checks promptly. Accurately reports sales and gratuities. Complies with gratuity procedures established by company policy.
- Adheres to sanitation standards.
- Adheres to local liquor laws company policies and Alcohol Awareness programs.
- Checks identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age.
- Has full knowledge of the menu.
