SUMMARY
The Senior Manager of D&A Consulting is a proven leader responsible for overseeing a team of seasoned consultants providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) level insight and advice to customers on Revenue Management DemandX Business Intelligence and Performance Analytics. This leader has the knowledge and expertise to mentor a team of consultants driving excellence in their work ensuring their customers successfully implement D&A solutions. The Senior Manager drives a results-oriented culture and represents the D&A Consulting division at a broader level within RealPage partners with other leaders in and outside of Delivery and ensures the successful implementation of D&A products.
The Senior Manager is accountable for understanding the consulting and data requirements based on the product solution being implemented creating and managing processes measuring performance reporting key metrics improving productivity and ensuring that complete and accurate data is received by the customer on time for their scheduled implementation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coach and mentor a team of D&A consultants with extensive subject-matter expertise and knowledge of multi-family operations revenue management data and analytics
- Set expectations provide goals and manage priorities for direct reports to contribute to team objectives
- Determine methods to navigate unique or complex business scenarios to ensure consultants can speak to asset strategy and configure Revenue Management DemandX BI and PA accordingly balancing client goals and best practices
- Develop relationships with customers to ensure that deliverables/objectives are aligned with their expectations
- Prioritize and Delegate work assignments while achieving all customer communicated deadlines
- Articulate the value proposition for Revenue Management DemandX BI and PA and develop credibility for its concepts and benefits across client organizations this may include conference participation and session planning
- Prepare and lead in person and virtual Executive Business Alignment Meetings with client executives including solution training change management discussions and value proposition
- Efficiently use Sales Force to track and update project steps
- Initiate and drive solutions to improve customer experience by anticipating internal and external needs and removing obstacles
- Foster the team to listen to acknowledge and accurately capture client expectations and concerns making sure these are incorporated and addressed during the implementation process
- Manage the quality work produced by the team; drive and oversee goals and initiatives that meet or exceed performance expectations
- Facilitate problem escalation resolution and communication at all levels keeping Senior Management and other business owners informed as issues develop that may impact a clients implementation
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8 years of professional experience consisting of:
- 1 year of proven ability to lead high performance teams
- 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- 3 years of experience with Realpage Revenue Management
- 2 years of experience with Business Intelligence or Performance Analytics
- Ability to travel up to 50% with 1-3 weeks advance notice

Required:
- Superior project management skills required; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to understand and advise on the impact of all facets of operations that can impact revenue performance
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify assess and address risk through thoughtful action plans
- Demonstrated ability to reverse the trend of a degenerating or struggling client relationship
- Proven ability to develop scalable workflows that proactively identify obstacles and solutions
- Expert level knowledge of one or more RealPage Revenue Management and data solutions
- Strong knowledge of Realpage products including but not limited to: OneSite Leasing and Rents Performance Analytics Business Intelligence Market Analytics G5 Digital Advertising AI Screening Amenity Optimization and DemandX
- Works autonomously with guidance on only the most complex items
- Displays business acumen and understanding of organizational agility
- Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft office products (Excel Power Point and Word)
- Excellent communication skills written verbal and technical with the ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict and foster honest dialog
- Analytical background and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience delivering professional presentations and collaborating with other RealPage leaders
