Field Collections Agent
*No Warrant Work involved*

SALARY:
Basic starting salary from27965with potential to rise in role plus4200 p.a.car allowance & fuel card (business use only).
Here atOrbitwe like to go above and beyond. Our monthly bonus structure is uncapped. As a guide Field Collections Agents earn bonuses of 200 - 400 per month which could take your annual earnings total up to35765(inclusive of the car allowance).
SHIFTS:
- Working patterns to support your work-life balance.
- We have an operating window of
- 8am 8pm Monday to Friday
- 9am - 1pm on Saturday.
- We work a 40-hour week. 10-hours of which must be worked during our prime operating window
- Monday to Friday 4pm 8pm
- Saturday 9am 1pm.
ROLE:
As aField Collections Agent at Orbit Credit Services you will need to be at ease speaking to our customers to discuss options that help them address their financial situation. Youll be field based covering a region within a 90 minute radius of your home address.
In this rewarding role well support you to use your expertise and commitment to customer service to helping our customers achieve financial health. Your role will involve you:
- Visiting our customers at their home address supporting them get back on track with their outstanding arrears
- Your work will be split between water accounts and our regulated work which will include reconnect visits
- Day to day you can expect to resolve customers accounts on a personal basis.
- Taking payments setting up repayment plans or reconnecting them to our clients to help them achieve financial wellbeing
- Educating customers on the potential consequences of non-payment of their account
- Well supply you with an iPad so you can update customers accounts with visit outcomes so you need to be IT literate and comfortable using the iPad

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- A clear criminal record
- No CCJs or IVAs within the last 6 years
- Own a car and six-points or less on licence
- Must have business insurance add-on for vehicle
- Technology competent and comfortable working alone
