Were looking for a motivated or aspiring Account Manager to join our clients fast-paced and growing team. In this role youll be responsible for nurturing key relationships and driving revenue growth. If you thrive on building strong client connections delivering tailored solutions and achieving sales success this is the perfect opportunity for you! This role requires travel to their London office 2-3 days per week.
Build and manage long-term client relationships
Consult with clients in relation to learning needs and objectives
Facilitate client training sessions and workshops
Regularly engage with clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate with internal and client-side learning design teams to ensure high quality content
Drive new business sales and acquire new clients
Identify and nurture leads using social selling techniques
Develop compelling sales proposals and presentations
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences

Any L&D related qualifications are desirable but not essential
Experience
Experience in learning design consulting or facilitation Proven ability in or the desire to move into a sales and account management role within the training or L&D sector Project management and client relationship management experience are desirable

Proven consultative sales ability within an L&D context
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and grow revenue
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Professional and driven with a client-focused mindset
Enthusiastic proactive and able to work under pressure
