Job Description

Connect n Grow is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) dedicated to delivering high-quality health and community services training to secondary school students across Queensland. We partner with schools to provide nationally recognised training that creates clear and meaningful pathways into healthcare and social services careers.

Our programs are designed to empower young people with the skills knowledge and confidence to pursue further education or enter the workforce job ready. With a strong focus on practical learning and industry relevance we are passionate about building a future health and social services workforce

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Health Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality vocational education and training to students pursuing a career in health. This is a permanent full-time position based on-site in Brisbane Queensland.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver vocational education and training programs in health-related subjects at Certificates II & III level.
  • Assess student learning and progress providing feedback and support to ensure the successful completion of courses.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to students helping them to achieve their career goals.
  • Work with industry to ensure our students successfully transition into their chosen employment.

What Were Looking For

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in delivering vocational education and training in health-related subjects.
  • Certificate IV qualified Allied Health Assistant with a minimum of three years of professional experience in allied health services OR a registered Allied Health Professional -Desirable
  • Have completed a Health certificate with experience in training.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Brisbane south/west ideal location
