About the Role
Ironbark is seeking a Compliance Officer to join our team. In this role you will contribute to the delivery of government-funded employment programs by providing contractual and internal compliance reviews file audits and support to frontline teams on meeting guideline expectations. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of community needs program compliance and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of Jobseekers.
We are looking for someone who has:
Relevant experience or qualifications aligned with contract compliance quality assurance or audit procedures.
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
An understanding of cultural safety particularly in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
Proven ability to work to targets and contract outcomes.
Strong computer skills and ability to work across digital compliance systems.
