Si ricerca un/a addetto/a call center di servizio inbound da inserire con orario full time in organico.
Le risorse inserite saranno responsabili:
della prenotazione dei servizi sanitari
dellassistenza telefonica ai clienti
della registrazione documentale per rimborso prestazioni effettuate.
Requisiti:
diploma di scuola superiore
ottime doti comunicative
orientamento al cliente
e buone competenze informatiche.
Si offre:
contratto a tempo determinato in full time.
