Topic 1 :Product Marketing Intern Content & Marketing Operations
About the Role
Were looking for a sharp detail-oriented Product Marketing Intern to support us in building a centralised high-quality Marketing Hub our go-to internal space for sales and marketing enablement materials.
This isnt a creative writing or strategy internship this is an execution-first role. Youll audit existing content structure it properly identify whats missing and help create/update key materials to bring our Marketing Hub to life. If youre methodical have an eye for detail and love clean systems this is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Hub Project Ownership
- Audit all existing sales & marketing materials (slide decks one-pagers playbooks etc.)
- Clean rename and standardise content for consistency
- Create a clear and user-friendly folder structure with tags and categories
- Track missing or outdated content and flag gaps
- Coordinate with stakeholders (sales design PMM) to collect or update assets
- Prepare the Marketing Hub for handover and day-to-day use
Content & Collateral Support
- Update existing decks and documents with the latest information
- Format content (clean up slides reduce file size unify templates)
- Prepare first drafts of repeatable assets based on structure or briefs (FAQs use cases etc.)
- Maintain version control and documentation standards across all materials
What Were Looking For:
- Studying or recently graduated in Marketing Business Communications or a related field
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable with content clean-up version tracking and structure
- Proficient with SharePoint / PowerPoint / Notion / Canva
- Able to work independently and follow through on tasks
- Experience with knowledge hubs documentation platforms or basic Figma skills is a plus.
Topic 2: Product Marketing Intern Website Wireframing & Content Structuring
About the Role
Were building the MMM Marketing Academy a learning space dedicated to demystifying Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) for marketers analysts and decision-makers.
To support this project were looking for a Product Marketing Intern with a structured mind and a visual eye to help design the website in Figma. Your role Translate our content plan and information architecture into a clean developer-ready layout that brings the Academy to life.
This is not a graphic design or branding internship were looking for someone to structure learning modules design intuitive flows and prepare clear wireframesbased on existing content and direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the purpose structure and tone of the MMM Marketing Academy
- Work with the Product Marketing Manager to organise content into logical pages and flows
- Build wireframes and high-level mockups in Figma (ready for handoff to designers/developers)
- Define page templates (e.g. homepage lesson page resources glossary)
- Ensure visual and content consistency across the site
- Suggest ways to improve UX for learning (navigation progression visual clarity)
- Prepare basic specs and documentation for the design/dev team
What Were Looking For
- Background in marketing UX design business or communications
- Experience with Figma (or strong willingness to learn quickly)
- Comfortable turning content and structure into clean user-friendly designs
- Detail-oriented with strong organisation skills
- Familiarity with UX basics and an appreciation for simple intuitive layouts
- Basic understanding of e-learning or content delivery platforms is a plus
