Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant for a 14-week travel/contract assignment in Lebanon NH 03766. Both local and traveler candidates are welcome to apply.
Job Details:
- Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 34 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $476 - $578
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing grooming dressing toileting feeding and mobility.
- Take and record vital signs (temperature pulse respiration blood pressure).
- Report changes in patients conditions to nurses or other clinical staff.
- Help with positioning lifting and transferring patients safely.
- Maintain patient hygiene and a clean safe environment.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Accurately document care provided in medical records.
- Follow all infection control and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Active State LNA license (required).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- CPR/BLS Certification (required).
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
