Job Description
Position Highlights:
- Shift: 8-hr. Days
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2480 $2640
- Perform diagnostic imaging examinations using X-ray equipment as prescribed by physicians.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient information.
- Set up and operate radiologic equipment positioning patients properly for imaging.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
- Assist physicians in performing diagnostic procedures when necessary.
- Maintain and stock exam rooms and imaging areas.
- Follow infection control and quality assurance protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recent radiologic/imaging experience (required).
- Experience and training specific to Radiology (preferred).
- Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology (required).
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (required).
- Current BCLS certification (American Heart Association) (required).
