Key Responsibilities
Staff Leadership & Performance Management
Recruit mentor and develop the service team.
Foster a supportive and empowering team environment.
Ensure interdepartmental communication is effective.
Manage staff performance including training and corrective actions.
Resolve employee disputes in line with company procedures.
Monitor and improve workflow and systems for efficiency.

Project

Requirements
Trade Test Certificate in Diesel Auto Electric Forklift or related fields.
Matric certificate.
3-year tertiary qualification in a related field.
Qualification in Business or a related field (advantageous).
Proven experience in material handling service at a senior management level.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage both strategic and operational tasks.
